All the photos of the large marches are amazingly overwhelming to me. Since I was participating in DC and there were so many people, that it was a cell service dead zone, I had no idea what was going on in DC or anywhere else until much later.
But let us not overlook the small marches in places you didn’t know existed. They are just as, if not more important, and we need to support them. They are not alone in this fight.
there’s been rumors that twitter has been forcefully making all its users follow the new @POTUS account and i have to say its hard to disbelieve considering a) i was following it when i definitely hadn’t clicked the button to follow and b)
one person on this list isn’t really in a position to be following an account considering it was made after they died
This may also be happening with Melania Trump’s ‘FLOTUS’ account. I haven’t followed anyone on twitter for a while, yet somehow I’ve apparently followed Melania in the last day or so …. wtf
lol u ever get tired of having to pretend to react to shit? “omg how do u feel now that ur abt to graduate!!” im uhhhhhh shitting my pants Margaret im great
ETA: This is a scene from The House I Live In, a film on the American drug war and its effects on communities of color, education, the class disparity and the prison industrial complex. I cannot recommend this film highly enough.
